Attorney Bruce E. Kenna

Before becoming a partner with Kevin Sharkey, Bruce Kenna served as the court-appointed U.S. Attorney for New Hampshire, was a First Assistant U.S. Attorney for New Hampshire, and also served as the Director of the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office. Bruce is a graduate of Colgate University, (where he was a member of the varsity wrestling team) and Albany Law School at Union University. Bruce is married, is the proud father of two children, and lives in Manchester, NH. Bruce was raised in upstate New York and is a lifelong Yankee fan.

Attorney Kevin Sharkey

Before becoming a partner with Bruce Kenna, Kevin Sharkey served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney in Boston under several U.S. Attorneys, was the Acting Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, and also served as the Chief of the New England Federal Drug Task Force. Prior to his service with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts, Kevin Sharkey also served for more than eight years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Concord, NH, and in Chicago, IL. Prior to becoming a federal prosecutor, Kevin also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Cambridge, MA. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College (where he played on Harvard’s baseball and basketball teams), received a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Yale University, and obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School. Kevin is married to Nancy (Kelly) Sharkey and they are the proud parents of 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Kevin resides in Bow, NH. Kevin grew up in Boston (West Roxbury) and is a lifelong Boston sports fan.
